SUCCESS CASE OPTOBUS
SUCCESS CASE OPTOBUS
A meeting with purpose
Optobus was born with a clear vision: to offer reliable, safe, and efficient transportation for people in Mexico, Colombia, and Costa Rica. By joining forces with Naro Technologies, we formed a partnership that considers the needs of thousands of daily users who seek transportation with peace of mind, without long waits or uncertainties. That is why we have taken on the mission of improving the experience of human mobility, with respect, transparency, and technology at the service of people..
Our solution
To make that purpose a reality, Optobus partnered with Naro Technologies, a Mexican leader in NFC technology integration. Thanks to this collaboration:
- NFC smart cards were implemented as a secure means of identification for accessing transportation.
- Security protocols, technical support, local maintenance, ongoing training, adjustments according to the regulations of each country were established..
The results
The implementation of the identification system using proximity cards allowed for the optimization of personnel access control, ensuring greater security and efficiency in daily operations. With this solution, registration times were reduced, the use of insecure credentials was eliminated, and greater control over the traceability of entries and exits was achieved. Additionally, the organization achieved a more reliable and orderly work environment, with a scalable system adaptable to future technological needs..
